Fee Schedule

Effective date: August 16, 2026

Payment facilitation launches with our pilot program. The payment features described below are not generally available today.

This page explains what Sweeper charges, who pays it, and how payment processing costs are handled. It is published by Sweeper Labs, Inc. ("Sweeper," "we," "us").

1) The short version

Sweeper is not a party to the transport contract between the dealer, the broker, and the carrier. Sweeper does not set the transport rate, does not negotiate it, and takes no part of it.

2) What Sweeper charges

Platform fee — paid by the dealer

Sweeper charges a flat platform fee per transport, billed to the dealer. It is a flat amount for each transport — not a percentage of the transport rate — so the fee does not rise with the value of the vehicle or with the rate the carrier is paid. It covers:

The platform fee is charged in addition to the transport rate. It is not taken out of what the carrier is paid.

Current rates are confirmed at onboarding and stated in your order form.

Payment processing — a separate line item, paid by the dealer

Processing a payment has a real cost, charged by the card networks and by Stripe. Sweeper shows that cost as its own line item on the dealer's statement, distinct from the platform fee, so you can always see which part is Sweeper's fee and which part is the cost of moving the money.

Current rates are confirmed at onboarding.

Optional expedited payout — planned, not yet available

Expedited payout is not available today. It is planned, not live, and availability depends on account and platform eligibility. We will not offer it until those eligibility requirements are met.

When it does become available, a carrier or broker will be able to choose to receive a payout faster than the standard timing. Expedited payout carries a fee charged by the payment processor and deducted from that payout.

It will be opt-in, per payment. It will never be a default and never an automatic deduction. The carrier chooses it each time, for that payment only, and the fee amount is shown before the carrier confirms. A carrier that declines — or that never opts in at all — is paid its full agreed rate on the standard timing at no additional cost.

This is the only circumstance in which the amount a carrier or broker receives is reduced, and it happens only because the carrier chose it for that payment.

3) What Sweeper does not charge

4) How fees are disclosed

Before a dealer authorizes payment for a transport, Sweeper itemizes on screen:

  1. The transport amount payable to the carrier or broker
  2. The Sweeper platform fee
  3. Payment processing
  4. The total the dealer is authorizing

No fee is charged that was not shown there. Changes to our rates apply to future transports only, never to a transport already authorized.

5) How payment works

Payments are processed by Stripe. Funds are released to the carrier when delivery is verified. Sweeper does not hold funds in its own bank account.

Sweeper is neither a bank nor a money transmitter. Dealers, brokers, and carriers who use the payment features must maintain a Stripe account and agree to Stripe's applicable terms, as described in our Terms of Service.

6) Cancellations and refunds

What happens to a payment when a transport is cancelled, when delivery cannot be verified, or when a charge or a withheld payout is disputed, is set out in the Refund, Dispute and Cancellation Policy.

7) Taxes

Fees are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes. You are responsible for your own taxes. Stripe or the applicable authorities may issue tax forms to recipients of funds.

8) Changes to this schedule

We may update this fee schedule as the platform and our business evolve. The effective date above shows the latest version, and changes apply to future transports only.
